June 6-8, 2003, I photographed the VIR’s vintage racing event, the Gold Cup Historic Races presented by Berry Hill Mansion Marriott. The event included sports racers, formula cars and sports cars and sedans dating back to WWII. The race was also the focus event for the MG Vintage Racers organization, which included a group of photograph of about 75 MGs by Douglas Chadwick (below).
