I've been the Director of Photographic Services for the WV Division of Culture and History since 1981. My work there includes studio photography of artwork and artifacts; event photography; photojournalism; architectural photography; and web design.

In addition, I've been the owner of a commercial photography business since 1984.

My work has been published in Guitar Player, Southern Living, Downbeat, Ceramics Monthly, Los Angeles Times Magazine, Mid-Atlantic Country, Washington Monthly, Cinefantastique, Film Comment, Goldenseal, West Virginia Magazine, Graffiti, LA Weekly and others

My album cover photography for musicians includes Bob Thompson, Robert Shafer and the Carpenter Ants.

My work has been exhibited at Sunrise Art Museum, Parkersburg Art Center, West Virginia Governors Mansion, West Virginia State Museum, Galerie Triangle in Washington DC, Stifel Fine Arts Museum in Wheeling, and Three Rivers Festival in Pittsburgh, PA.
